Ever since I started college I've been pretty scarce on deviantART. I don't have the time the way I used to even though I try to update when I can. (And I know I have to post the rest of my 365's from last year, it's just been difficult to find time to work on them.)

BUT! I did want to update everyone that I have Facebook pages now for my photography, so feel free to go like them!

The first is www.facebook.com/HorrorPartyPh… Horror Party Photography, and this is more of my ~art~ and the stuff you'd see here on dA. This is the work I consider darker, whether it's because of the atmosphere or because it's gory or whatever else.

My other page is www.facebook.com/KaylaCurrivan… Kayla Currivan Photography, in which I post more worksafe type stuff, because I often shoot events and children and family-oriented stuff and I don't want to put off potential clients (mostly moms) by revealing that I shoot a lot of horror and other inappropriate content. It's no secret that they are both me but I just need to be professional and separate work from play, if you will.

I've been asked to put together a list of my strengths and weaknesses as a photographer for one of my classes, so I figured I could ask you guys for some opinions.

I mean, granted, The 365 Project forces me to share a lot of photos that I'm not proud of and would otherwise not post, but if you can forgive those...

Don't be afraid to tell me weaknesses, I can handle it.

It's about a bill that Congress is trying to pass which would put sites like deviantART, LiveJournal, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr (Tumblr will be COMPLETELY fucked) and others to ruin.

Even if you are not American this will affect you.

Everyone needs to watch this.

Because burying your head in the sand over this issue doesn't make you cool or interesting or show everyone how against the grain you are because you choose not to involve yourself in corrupt American politics. No, it just makes you fucking ignorant. This is serious and dangerous and if you think you're too awesome to get involved, I hope you don't have the balls to bitch and complain when all your favorite websites are shut down and your freedom of speech is completely violated.

Don't let this happen to America.
